                                    Today I used the Google drawing to create a repeating pattern using triangle shape.I learn how to turn the shape up side down.I use black for my background. I also  used the colour green, and yellow for my triangle colour.

Today I used Google drawing to make a 3 repeating patterns. I used a 3d cube, rectangle,and a triangle, and I make sure  they are of the same size. The colours that I used was green,yellow,and light blue. For my background I used black.

My Sister's Naughty Cat by Soane

Last Friday my mum was scared because my sister's cat climbed up a high tree.She was scared because my sister's cat might touch the power line. So she rang the fire fighters and asked them to come and save my sister's cat up the tree. They came and climbed on the ladder and got my sister's cat down safely. They gave my sister's cat and she said "thanks for saving my cat.

Last Friday my cat Raylie  was trapped in a tree. I was very scared because she was next to the electric  wires, so my dad called 111 and asked for the fire fighters  to rescue her.

First, my sister and I shouted out loud to our cat not panic because she looked scared and very frightened.

Then we heard the fire fighters and they parked  right next  to the the tree and pulled out their ladder. One of the fire fighters climbed up the ladder and into the tree. He safely brought down my wild cat.I was very happy to have my terrified  cat back.

My crazy dog! by Elisha

One day,mum and I went for a walk with our dog. Her name is Wendy. We let her go for a run at the park. When she saw a cat, she chased it. We looked and looked for her but we could not find her. Our dog got lost so my mum called the police.

I was scared because I thought that we will never find her. Then I saw two policemen coming towards us at the park and they told us that they will do their best to find her. They found her in the bush. I was happy to see her again.

We said thank you to the policemen who helped us find Wendy. Then we went home feeling very happy.

Playing badminton by Xyril

Woohoo!It's badminton time!!

Last Friday our class went to play badminton in the hall. Then I saw the coach and he introduced himself to us,his name was Ben. He said he will teach us how to play badminton.

We did warm ups. The first thing we did was to jog to the other side of the hall and back. To be honest I ran not jogged as I was supposed to. Next we ran sideways facing the right wall and this time I followed the instruction.

After that our coach taught us how to hold the racket. He told us the parts of the racket and what not to do with it. Then he let us take a racket and taught us how to hit without the shuttle.

Each one was given a shuttlecock and practised hitting it. I tried to focus but the shuttle always falls down. Finally, we said thank you to the coach and and went back to class.

I enjoyed playing badminton,it was the best!

 Today I have learned how to use Google draw to make three repeated patterns with three different shapes and three different colours. The shapes I used was rectangle, half frame,and right triangle. I was making sure it was the same size. The colours I used for my background is aqua blue, and for the colour of my shapes I used red, blue and gold.

Badminton by Kyle

  
Hooray!! On Friday we went to the hall to 
play badminton.

The first thing we did was warm up. We jogged sideways,and then
we have to face the wall and jogged again.

Next, our coach Ben, gave us rackets and he taught us the proper way of holding the racket.Then he gave us shuttlecock.


He taught us how to bounce the shuttlecock and we practised hitting it up and down.

Finally, we said good bye to coach Ben and we 
went back to class to do more school work.

Today I have been learning to use Google draw to create a repeating pattern. I repeated my diamond shapes by making sure they were same size. I used two colours blue and green. On the odd lines I used the pattern green,blue,green,blue. On the even lines I started my pattern by going blue,green,blue,green,blue,green, I used black for my background colour..
